Why We Built This Site
Wisconsin provides public access to many court dockets, but each record does not sit in one database. Wisconsin Circuit Court Access, commonly called WCCA or CCAP, provides public circuit case information. The La Crosse County Clerk of Circuit Court keeps the official circuit record, while the City of La Crosse Municipal Court and Coulee Region Joint Municipal Court maintain separate ordinance matters. Federal cases use a different system. We bring these search routes, request steps, case-number conventions, and official contacts together for La Crosse County.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no affiliation to a Wisconsin court, clerk, or government agency. Our role has firm limits:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
